Buying guide

Buy rare wine, sourced with care

Rare wine is, by definition, hard to find — small productions, older vintages and bottlings that rarely reach the open market. Finding them is half the work; verifying them is the other half.

We track down rare bottles through private cellars and trusted European auctions, then verify condition and provenance before offering them. When a single bottle is all that exists, that detail matters.

What makes a wine rare

Scarcity comes from several directions: tiny vineyard parcels, a producer who makes only a few hundred cases, a vintage that has nearly disappeared, or a bottle format that was never common.

Rarity and quality are not the same thing. We look for wines that are both hard to find and genuinely worth drinking.

Buying with confidence

Each rare listing carries its provenance and condition notes. Because supply is limited, the selection moves quickly — if a bottle speaks to you, it rarely waits.

Frequently asked questions

How do you verify rare wines?

We confirm provenance through the cellar or auction house, inspect fill level, label and capsule, and store every bottle under proper conditions until it ships.

Can you find a specific rare bottle for me?

Often, yes. Let us know the producer, vintage and format you are looking for and we will watch the auctions and our network on your behalf.
